A visionary leader with a passion for service and performance, Sandeep Jaiswal brings 28+ years of excellence in hospitality and real estate to First Stone Real Estate.
He began his career in 1995 with some of the most prestigious names in the hospitality industry, including Taj Hotels, ITC Sheraton India, Yum! Brands, and Compass Group UK. He went on to serve as General Manager of luxury five-star hotels in Oman, refining his approach to customer experience and operational excellence.
In 2015, Sandeep transitioned into real estate by joining Azizi Developments Dubai as Group Hotel General Manager. His dedication and results quickly elevated him to Deputy CEO – Sales & Marketing, reporting directly to the Chairman. During his tenure, he led the sales division to deliver an impressive AED 7 billion in sales.
