Payment Plan

Beachfront Gates by Dubai South offers a flexible and investor-friendly 60/40 payment plan designed to make ownership more convenient. Buyers can reserve their unit with a low 5% down payment at booking, followed by approximately 55% paid through construction-linked installments during the development phase. The remaining 40% balance is payable upon handover in Q4 2026, allowing purchasers to spread their investment over the construction period while reducing immediate financial pressure. This payment structure is designed to support both investors and families seeking modern waterfront living with long-term value potential in Dubai South.
